COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS - LIFTMASTER COMMERCIAL OPERATORS

Commercial sites have needs that are very different from residential applications, frequency of use being the most common difference. Whereas the typical garage door opener may only be used a few times daily, a commercial operator may be used several times an hour. With this heavy industrial usage in mind, LiftMaster® has developed a full line of operators that provide the highest levels of strength and durability. LiftMaster professionals can assess precisely what you need and install a reliable system your business can count on for many years to come.

Typically used for standard lift sectional doors, trolley operators are available in light, medium and industrial-duty. The applications for trolley operators range from residential or light-duty applications to heavy-duty industrial applications.

This line of operators also includes a low profile, apartment house operator.

Jackshaft operators are designed for use on rolling grilles and shutters as well as rolling doors.  Some operators are also designed for use on industrial sectional doors with high or vertical lift.

Jackshaft operators are available in light, medium, industrial and heavy industrial-duty.

Hoist operators are designed for use on rolling doors and grilles as well as industrial sectional doors with high or vertical lift.  Hoist operators are available in medium, industrial and heavy industrial-duty.

Slide door operators are designed for use on single and bi-parting slide doors and fire doors.

They are available in industrial and heavy-industrial duty.

The LiftMaster High Cycle Trolley Operator meets the challenge of today´s heavy-duty applications by providing the ultimate in durability, quiet operation and security.

LiftMaster® release devices control the closure of a rolling fire door, counter fire door, fire shutter or track door in an emergency situation. Release devices work in conjunction with the door or shutter to provide an effective fire and smoke control system by preventing spread beyond the area of origin. The device's basic function is to provide a time-delayed release of fire door or shutter upon receiving a signal from a smoke detector or central alarm station (or other remote switching device) or upon loss of power. Release devices are also an integral part of the fusible link assembly, releasing the door or shutter when the fusible link separates.

Models are available for use with both non-motorized and motorized door applications. For motorized door applications, select models can be used to create a fully automated door closing system when used in conjunction with a standard commercial operator by providing features typically found on expensive, special-order fire door operators.
